- Corrections and updates. If a hotel has closed, changed its policies or no longer matches what we wrote, please tell us. Include the page link and what you noticed.
- Your own stays. Good or bad experiences at places we mention help us keep our guides honest.
- Partnerships and press. Hotels, tourism boards and travel brands are welcome to get in touch. Please note that we do not accept payment for placements or positive coverage, and any partnership is disclosed clearly.

Donquijotel is an independent guide, not a travel agency or a booking site. We cannot make, change or cancel reservations, process refunds or contact a hotel on your behalf. To get a useful answer faster, tell us where you are going, roughly when, how many people are travelling (and whether children are coming), your approximate nightly budget and what matters most to you, such as quiet streets, nightlife, beach access or easy airport transfers. If you are writing about a specific page, please paste the link. We answer in English, so a short message in English is easiest for us to read.
