Information we collect
Information you give us. If you email us, leave a comment or (in the future) subscribe to our newsletter, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address and message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and the tools below record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, the page that referred you and the time of your visit.
Analytics: Google Analytics and Google Search Console
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are popular and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and the data is processed by Google. We use this information in aggregate to improve our content. We also use Google Search Console, which gives us aggregated information about how our pages appear in Google Search. It does not identify individual visitors to us.

If you leave a comment, we store the name, email address, website and comment text you provide, plus your IP address and browser details to help detect spam. Comments may be checked by an anti-spam service. Your email address is never published.
Newsletter
We may launch an email newsletter later. If you subscribe, we will use your email address only to send the newsletter, and every email will include an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep data
We keep messages and comments for as long as needed to respond and to run the site. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the service we use.

Donquijotel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
